EasyCool Pro Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying EasyCool Pro.

If you are not happy with your EasyCool Pro for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

You can try it, freeze the ice packs, wear it, and see if it works for you. If it is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days and we will help start your return.

Please include your order number and the email address used for your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. EasyCool Pro will create the return label for you, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect and process your refund back to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your EasyCool Pro wrap or ice packs arrive defective or damaged, please email us at info@easycoolpro.com with photos of the issue.

If the product is defective, we will replace it.

This includes defective wraps or defective ice packs.

Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk orders of more than 10 units and custom orders are final sale.

If a bulk or custom order includes a defective wrap or ice pack, we will replace the defective item.
